    Priceless “advice” often comes from  the “wise” men;

    “Listen, girlie, it’s like this;
    a woman really has to take care of her looks and
    look like a REAL woman to catch a man.”

  • child’s play

    September 23rd, 2009

    I work with kids and this is something I overheard some time ago while watching over kids under five years old.

    “Then these two would, like, go shopping”
    “And they’d shop all things nice”
    “Has she got a credit card?”
    “..No she hasn’t”
    “Well then she can’t come.”

    I’m currently working with kids and I made some memory-games for them.
    Here’s a couple of those- they are meant to be printed and
    colored and used as cards to find a matching pair.

  • flu-season kicks in

    September 19th, 2009

    I caught a lite sneeze, so instead of spending this weekend with family I ended up sitting in the balcony,
    covered in a blanket, listening to birds, drinking tea brewed from star-anise and liquorice-root, and
    actually feeling quite good, despite the low fever and terribly sore throat. did some sketching, too.

  • Helsinki comics festival 2009

    September 14th, 2009

    The weekend went nicely and people liked Raspberry-red rubber boots more than I expected. Had great time with friends and made some new ones too, used practically every cent I made on buying comics, traveling around and eating. Everything was great and I’m really looking forward to drawing more and to next festivals to come!
    If you wish to buy my zine, this is how it works
    1. send an e-mail to outidp at
    2. you can either send 4 euros (plus the postal fee) via mail, or transfer it straight to my account.
    3.once I get the money (and your address!) your comic packs it’s bags and starts it’s journey.
    you can visit the awesome store in Helsinki, Pitkämies, and buy it from there.
